Huawei Smartphone Ready to Compete with iPhone


Huawei is far more widely known as a provider of telecommunications network for mobile operators, also penetrated the smartphone industry and the tablet. With a variety of proven strategies, China-based company is confident they can compete with the iPhone.


Huawei's name sounds familiar it is still lacking among smartphone users, but with Android, the company began to plunge and make substantial investments to develop smart phones.

"Now there are two new Huawei's main business, enterprise and devices," said Scott Sykes, Vice President of Global Affairs at detikINET visited the headquarters of Huawei, Shenzhen, China.

Huawei's own claim to not want to look like 'china phones' price war that is often cheaply. Second largest communications provider in the world is actually taking different steps.

"Low price is not our strategy, but the quality, features and uniqueness that does not exist in other phones. I think a good example of Huawei Honor, can be compared to the iPhone that cost much more," said Sykes.

Huawei itself does look more industrious launch the latest smartphone. After the success of Honor, they released Ascend D Quad, Android phones that claimed the fastest in the world.

"For now we are bold to say that Ascend D Quad is the fastest smartphone in the world, but it could change tomorrow, because the technology was evolving rapidly," joked Sykes.

In addition, Ascend D Quad processor-4 core named K3V2 with 64 bit architecture, and design is based on Huawei.
