Samsung Galaxy Pocket, Android 2.3 on Pocket Friendly


Samsung has recently introduced an Android smartphone, dubbed as the Galaxy Pocket. An entry level smartphone segment, which comes with 2.8 inches QVGA LCD screen, orchestrated with a 832 MHz processor speed, as well as running Android 2.3 Gingerbread as the operating system.


To store data, this smartphone has a capacity of 3 GB of memory is plugged which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. While for connectivity, Galaxy Pocket comes with a dual-band 3.6 Mbps HSDPA and quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE networks. Other facilities such as Wi-Fi b / g / n, Bluetooth, and USB also pinned for transfer of data to users.

Multimedia features of the Galaxy Pocket includes a 2 MP camera, 3.5 mm audio jack, and Stereo FM Radio with RDS.

According to information developed Pocket Galaxy will be available in the UK later this year. How much, is not known yet mentioned this smartphone will come at an affordable price. We'll wait.
